This is the song I was listening to when this picture popped in my head. It takes place after the manga is finished and Yako is 19 years old. Actually she would be around 20 at the time of this picture. She is going out with her friend to a black and white party to celebrate and her friend is wearing white, which is why she is wearing what she is. (it is also backless by the way.)

The short story of this pic would be Yako and Neuro mad a wager with each other and the other has to do whatever the other wants for their birthday. She won (much to his surprise -- hers too a little bit). Well she decided to mess with him and told him the phrase above in a sing song voice. Needless to say he was shocked.
